Morning Shift: Getting Started

My day starts at 7:00 am when the air is still cool. Despite the early hour, the look of the modernized warehouse-style space of our dispensary is eye-catching. The first order of business? It’s time to survey our product lineup. Making sure we’re fully stocked and the daily new arrivals are where they should be is an essential part of our morning routine.

As the sun begins to rise over the city of Las Vegas, my teammates and I start preparing for the day. We review our inventory, clean the displays, and ensure everything is on point for when we open our doors to early bird customers.

Afternoon Shift: In Full Swing

By the time afternoon hits, the dispensary is in full swing. Patrons meander around, perusing our extensive selection of products. They’re greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff ready to guide them through our diverse catalogue, answering any questions they might have.

With a clientele as diverse as Las Vegas itself, no two days are ever the same at Cultivate. One of the most rewarding parts of the job is having the opportunity to foster an understanding of the benefits of cannabis to all who are interested. We treat everyone who walks through our doors with dedication and respect, whether they are first-time visitors or seasoned connoisseurs.

Evening Shift: Winding Down

Evenings at the dispensary are a calm change of pace. We use this time to replenish stock, perform a little extra cleaning, and prepare for the following day. As the lights of the Las Vegas strip begin to brighten, we know it’s nearly closing time.

Once again I look over the dispensary, now quiet and peaceful, and I feel a sense of accomplishment. Here at Cultivate Las Vegas, we don’t just sell cannabis; we provide a welcoming atmosphere where everyone can feel at ease, ask questions, and learn. It is this sense of community that makes me love my job and look forward to each and every day in the life at Cultivate.
